How absorbent are they: You know your cycle best and we recommend you change your underwear in line with your flow. If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently. However with the absorbent protection right from the mid front to rear waistband, you have full coverage, even when sleeping.

The built-in absorbent gusset holds 10 Regular tampon’s worth of fluid (about 50ml). They are suitable for heavy flow days and overnight. One pair can be worn for up to 8 to 10 hours but may need to be changed more often depending on your flow.
