If you go through many tampons or pads per day, then you'll need to change these more frequently. However with the absorbent protection from mid front to rear waistband, you have full coverage, even when sleeping. One pair can be worn for up to 8 to 10 hours.

Such a savior

I have brought the bamboo, and cotton as a "extra protection" undie as I experience some leakage if running to the bathroom.I do not have a period now but these are fantastic knowing that if I do have a little accident it gives me some protection. So comfortable I am on a mission to get enough pairs for everyday of the week. 😀

Versatile and comfortable

Amazingly comfortable wore them running around the park chasing the children… no rolling no riding such great underwear. Completely forgot it was that time of the month while wearing as didn’t have the uncomfortable pad feeling or discomfort from tampons… love and highly rate these products
